Apartment with one bedroom, in terraced houses, composed of: living room with sofa bed, kitchenette, double bedroom and bathroom.

Apartment at first floor with TV, microwave, garden and terrace.
It is situated in a very quiet area, but still close to the beach and shops.

Included in the price: electricity, water, gas, and television.

Apartments with washing machine: additional 10,00 Euro per week, only on request on booking.

Swimming pool: Free use from 1st June to 5th September.

Cleaning fees, electricity, water, gas, TV, microwave oven are included in the above prices.

Linen: not included in price

Animals: max. 1 per apartment, not allowed except direct agreements with a supplement of 30.00 Euro.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Refundable deposit: 100,00 Euro

Check in: Saturday from 16.00 to 20.00
Check out: Saturday from 07.00 to 10.00

PAYMENT:
Payment: 30% on booking (payment possible: bank transfer)
Balance on arrival (possible payments: cash, checks)
